  6/10Location is amazingWifi connection terrible - and we were not the only one who had to ask for a codeBeds really good but sheets terrible (thin blankets)Space in the room goodBreakfast terrible (no fruit at all, coffee was good, only one type of tea…)Ac too loud, walls too thin (i know it is not a hotel’s fault that some hispanic Family argued at 3am about something)Overall i would probably book it again but only if i’d be here with my girlfriend only 😇 not with my family.   The hotel is very clean—my compliments to the housekeeping staff. I stayed here for four days and received excellent service throughout my stay. The only downside to this hotel was the abysmal service provided by a front desk agent—unfortunately, I don't have her name, but she was an older woman wearing glasses who wasn't wearing her name tag. I encountered a problem when booking my room (I had requested a Queen bed, but the reservation listed a King). Since I was traveling with my two young children, this woman didn't make even the slightest attempt to switch my room. I told her on multiple occasions that I would gladly pay any difference in the room rate, but she simply refused to do so. What kind of hotel is this that won't let a guest pay more? It's ridiculous (and the hotel wasn't even full). The next morning, there was a different staff member at the front desk—led by a young woman named "Megha" (I think)—who was very polite and pleasant; she helped us switch rooms (for an extra fee) and resolved another issue we had. It was service that was 100 times better than what I had received the previous afternoon.

  Glad I ignored the negative reviews

  We stayed here 25th - 31st December and was very pleasantly surprised. I knew about the negative reviews before booking but as it was a last minute trip to New York and wanted to keep the hotel costs low we decided to go for it. I did a little research before going so knew what to expect.The room was spacious with 2 big double beds - cleaner came in every day to clean and drop off fresh towels.Heater/air con worked perfect.Breakfast - make your own toast, juice and coffee ( basic but hits the spot.Starbucks is also 2 minutes walk away.Shuttle bus stops right outside the hotel, $4 each way and drops you off on 42nd street. Yes it is a little dated, yes it’s not in manhattan with skyscraper views but who comes to New York to sit in a hotel room? And for the price - would defo considering staying there again.

  Good Hotel For Sleep

  Location isn’t the most ideal, but it makes up for it with the shuttle bus offering. Picks you up right infront of the lobby and brings you right to Times Square. Atmosphere was tired, dated, and old feeling. Some things were run down, older looking, “breakfast” setup is just plopped into the front lobby… just a toast station, and coffee/tea area, I’d hardly call that a breakfast offering. Room was just fine. Nothing special, had a comfy bed, bathroom, and tv on the wall, mini fridge and desk. It was very basic nothing over the top. We didn’t mind because the goal was to be away from the hotel at all times except to sleep… so if you want more hotel amenities or the feeling like you want to be more comfy/relax in the hotel this probably isn’t the spot for you. Everything here was just basic. Enough to do the job, could it be better absolutely. But for the stay period we had Dec 26-30 where all in city hotel prices get jacked up this one was fine
