BEWARE.. The rooms at 1st glance appear to be clean. Not! My family is in the room asleep at least attempting to sleep. Horrible

Pet-friendly rooms should not mean every room is pet-friendly what happened to rooms that are not pet-friendly?

The room smells of dogs, and I couldn't get another room. We paid for one day but did not stay in the room. The counterperson was very accommodating and fixed the charge for one day. I thank her for that. Pet friendly, but they should not be allowed in all the rooms.

My husband and I have stayed here several times, the rooms were always very clean with comfortable beds, nice tv's and great ac/heat. The complimentary breakfast was always very good and fresh. The reason I rate my experience as TERRIBLE is because of the young lady (thin, straight hair and glasses) at the front desk, we usually check-in around 4-6 pm and unfortunately we always have to interact with her. She always makes us feel unwelcomed with her attitude and lack of hospitality, as soon as we walk in that lobby and see her we get disappointed. God forbid we have a request like a particular room for instance; she's always annoyed, nasty and not accommodating at all...she definitely shouldn't be interacting with customers

We stood there for a few days , to start with the keys were not working everytime it will take us like at least 5 min to open the door , shower would no drain , dirty floor , bathroom was so small , oldest TV possible and the heater would smell so bad everytime we would put it on

Good hotel the clean up person stole my ps5 controller Very petty I called to ask about it the guy on the phone said ooh that’s expensive Hung up and never call me back I called the next day realizing I left it and they said other wise You guys get paid to be able to buy these things so that was wrong
