  AVOID at all cost

  Would have rated the place three stars if it wasn’t for the theft. Front staff was no help with the issue either. The room was ok at best and the shower was warm enough to take one. The location was convenient for metro lines but is definitely a bad part of town and not family friendly. Being a cheap last minute booking we knew not to expect much but save yourself the same trouble (and your stuff) and book elsewhere.

  Front Desk gave my King size to someone else and lied saying my name was not in the system, then downgraded my room.

  Front desk lied and said because of a “system problem,” my name was not in the system to show my reservation. Even after showing him my reservation with the correct name on my phone, he was very dismissive and told me there was no reservation under my name and there were no more rooms available. Suddenly as his manager comes, he has a room for me but instead of giving me the King size I booked, he DOWNGRADED me to a queen size room, which in fact turned out to be full size room. I believe he gave my King size away to someone and did not care about me getting a room.

  Worst Place ever!!!

  The receptionist told me after arriving after 1:30pm that my room will be ready soon thought that was a good start, not, I then notice the out of service note on the elevator thus requesting a room on the first floor. Waited in the makeshift breakfast area where no breakfast is served due to covid...not one chair was available to sit and wait. I got my key after about 15 minutes, entered the room and was greeted by terrible cigarette smell. I went back to receptionist who walked with me to 2 other rooms that also stink of cigarette smoke and they didn't have refrigerator or microwave. 4 was the lucky # finally a room that didn't smell like dome1 just finish smoking in it. That was a daily thing when I return in my room its stink of smoke, had to keep ac going and spray out the room. I requested 2 keys for my room and except for when we both return the same time and use 1 key we had to go to the makeshift front desk to reactivate one of the keys. It was very noisy and the walls a thin you hear guest come and go. No coffee maker but the coffee and tea bags but no brewing pot, no hair dryer but we saw a lot of little roaches crawling about. The female receptionist was rude and short tempered. Asked her if room card get demagnetizes daily she fussed and rudely say all you have to do is stop by the desk, so before walking the flights to my room I stop let her reset whether it demagnetized of not. I had to ask for new towels which took a while to get and 2 days to get a new pillow. Rooms are extremely small.

  Dangerous place to go to. Get a better place for a little extra

  This hotel is in the ghetto part of Brooklyn. The Indian guy at the front desk is straight up creepy and rude and the hotel is smelly and not up to par at all. It’s still overpriced for its cheap price. As I went to the area, we got cussed out by hoodlums on the street and started yelling at us. All I wanted to cancel my stay for my safety but he didn’t allow it and charged my cc anyways. No parking available and bathrooms were filthy.
