    The staff were so helpful and friendly especially darven. The rooms were also amazing and cleaned and stocked with fresh water daily. We also were provided with chips and biscuits apon arrival. The location is also amazing with tons of restaurants, bars, and shops around. Overall the experience was amazing

    The high praise and stellar reviews are right on target: this place goes above and beyond to take care of their visitors. I stayed there recently and left my makeup case in the bathroom. Not only did they keep it for me until I realized it was missing, they returned it at no charge, literally within hours of my contacting them. What a pleasure to work with honest and caring people.     My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Artezen Hotel. The Hotel itself is immaculate. The room we stayed in had a very comfortable king-sized bed and was spacious enough for our needs. The hotel staff was welcoming, called us cabs, and gave directions. A big shout out to Stephanie who took very good care of us. We arrived before check- in from out of town. She attended to our need for early access to our room in order to be dressed for a family event. We are so appreciative!
