Location

Located in the heart of New York City's theatre district, this hotel is perfect for both business and leisure trips, and within walking distance of Times Square, the Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, NBC Studios and Restaurant Row. Guests can access public transport in 5 minutes' walk.

Facility

A suite, 120 single rooms and 213 double rooms are located on 17 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed.     First time in this hotel and a great experience was had during my recent 5 night stay. The Hotel was in a fab location near to the metro on 50th st, and Times square, it was ideal base for exploring NY. Check in was quick and easy, a mistake with the hotel tax being applied to my credit card was quickly rectified. We were allocated a room on the 15th floor which was an upgrade to deluxe King, which was very spacious and had everything we needed beds and pillows so comfortable!!! housekeeping were exceptional with room cleaned daily. Coffee was available from 7am until 10am, it would be good for this to possibly extend by an hour at the beginning of the day a few times we were up and out early so an early coffee would have been good. Hotel lobby porters friendly and helpful. Ensuring our taxi back to the airport was ordered and ready for when we wanted to leave. Overall a fabulous experience and if I was to go again I’d stay here. My only 1 issue is the room safe this was not working but we had to be in the room for the maintenance to look at it, but just didn’t want to wait around maybe the safes should feature a part of the overall final check with housekeeping to ensure they are in working order for the next guests.

    Two blocks from Times Square yet far enough to be away from the crowds. On the 10th floor we did not have street noise. We were close to many of the theatres and Rockefeller Center. The reservation staff and front desk staff were very helpful. Not guaranteed, so we were grateful to have two adjoining rooms, a king room and two double beds in a room. We would definitely want to stay here again.

    Hotel location was perfect and so close to Times Square. Rooms were decent enough, probably a bit tired and not very sound proof (we were on the 10th floor) but that’s what you get for staying in a very busy city! Also we only used the room as a pit stop.Facilities in the hotel were great and they also had somewhere to fill your water bottles which was essential for the long days of walking.Some of the lifts were out of action so we did find it a long wait sometimes. Luckily we were able to traverse the stairs, but I can imagine the lift situation would be difficult for people with mobility issues. Staff were helpful, especially the doormen.Overall I would recommend Belvedere. It isn’t a luxury hotel but it’s great if you just need somewhere to lay your head!

    Great location convenient to Times Square, Broadway theaters, and a Hell's Kitchen. Oor room appeared to have been recently refreshed. Uninspired decor considering the history of the building, but it was clean, tasteful, and comfortable.
