  A great stay in Tribeca

  I stayed at The Frederick Hotel for a few nights and it was a genuinely great experience. The hotel has a nice boutique feel to it, not too big, with the right amount of character. The room was nice, comfortable and well put together. The staff were genuinely helpful, which makes a real difference when you're away from home.Location-wise, I would struggle to do much better. It's right in Tribeca, with the subway literally outside the door and pretty much everything within easy reach. It's the kind of place you come back to.   Another AMAZING stay at The Fredrick!

  This was our second time staying at the Frederick Hotel, and once again we had a fantastic experience. We had a small miscommunication regarding one of the four rooms we booked when we arrived, but the staff was extremely kind and worked quickly to resolve the issue.I also had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, and after speaking with him, it was easy to see why the hotel is so well run. He was attentive, personable, friendly, and very professional.We also enjoyed a couple of dinners at Serafina next door and thought the value for the price was excellent. We’re already looking forward to returning very soon!   When we arrived to check-in, I realized that I had accidentally reserved for July not May (really need to wear glasses more). The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful/understanding and kind. I had originally booked through a third party and was able to cancel that reservation, the front desk offered me a cheaper rate than the third party and threw in 3 complimentary breakfast for me, my husband and daughter (which was very tasty, with lots of option’s and not the usual hotel continental breakfast). We were also given a glass of fizzy wine as a welcome. Everyone we interacted with during our stay was warm and helpful. Our room was on the smaller side but very comfortable, clean and well decorated. The entire hotel was very chic. The location is great for tourists, college parents and business.   Fantastic hotel and amenities

  We spent a week in NY in this lovely hotel, and absolutely loved it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed from a beautiful boutique room, breakfast included (brilliant breakfast by the way) free water at all times and managed to do 3 Triumph walking tours which runs every morning free for hotel guests. This was a real treat. The location next to the new World trade centre was perfect, lots of restaurants and shops all around. Great value for money with all that’s included. Beds were made for us everyday and room and bathroom cleaned. Couldn’t fault the place, we would highly recommend.
