    We stayed at The Manhattan Times Square. Awful!1. First room we were put in the air conditioner did not work. Maintenance said you will just have to open your window that opens about 1 in. 2. They finally moved us to another room on another floor. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Carpets look terribly dirty. Wallpaper was patched. They were painting the hallways on both floors we were on. 3. Basically no lobby and no bathroom in the lobby and no chairs. 4. Breakfast voucher was I item, 1 fruit and 1 drink. Nowhere to sit to eat it though! 5. Still very expensive!

    Horrible service, parking is 4 blocks away, rude staff, rooms are tiny , loud and need to be updated badly. Elevators are VERYYYYY slow! pick a different hotel! Got charged a cleaning fee for leaving newspapers in the bathroom ...

    They have great customer service. The receptionist Mo was very patient and polite. He resolved my issue right away and my time at the front desk was quick; he had me in and out. Will definitely book again! 10/10

    They cancel your stay on their own but charge you full

    It is terrible and very disrespectful.I had my reservation done more than a month in advance, then, the hotel canceled it less than 24h before my arrival. So, I did NOT stay there, because they canceled my stay, BUT they charged me the full price. It has been over 7 months, and they have never given me the money back. This is a headache. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

    Price not worth the stay. It's filthy! It was bugs in the hallway and elevator. I called once I got to the room to let them know I wanted to leave. They said I could not and that I would have to speak with a manager
