    They would not allow me to drop off my luggage while I attended the church portion of the wedding. I’ve been at hotels the world over and never encountered this. And I called in advance and they said it was no problem. Poor service! N

    Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. The breakfast is made fresh daily. Plenty of free parking. Overall Excellent stay

    BEWARE! First they didn't have my reservation. OK, booked with a third party so could have been booking agents error or even mine. So they get a pass.When booking ot said they were pet friendly. Last time I brought my puppy with me to a hotel, I had no problem. This time I was told upon check in there would be a $150 charge for the dog (I only paid $160 for the room) and a $15 "clean up" fee. Since my Sophia is trained, in a crate and doesn't shed, any cleanup was done by me! And yes housekeeping is included!So I paid 160+ for my wife and I for a one night stay to attend a funeral and 165+ for the dog! Nice room, but come on guys!

    We stayed here for an overnight while attending a family wedding. Check in was friendly and efficient. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays, and was very clean. We had a suite which could easily work for an extended stay, with a kitchen area with stovetop, full sized refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates/silverware etc, and a large Keurig machine, K cups and full coffee/tea setups. We had two doubles in a separate bedroom and a sofa bed for the third person in the living area. Bedding was comfy. There was an updated glass and tile shower stall in the bathroom. Nice fluffy towels, too. Minimal toiletries were provided (bar soap, shampoo bar, make up remover wipes). You may want to pack your own shampoo and conditioner! Safe and hairdryer were included. The included breakfast buffet was basic, but adequate with a decent variety and nice seating areas. There was a 24-hour espresso/latte machine which was nice! Used room service for an excellent snack of a Margarita pizza from their on-site Italian restaurant. We requested a late check-out, which was courteously granted. It was quite a nice experience for us, overall!

    Larissa at the front desk was wonderful. She went above & beyond to help my sister & I. The hotel itself needs some tlc. It needs an update. The room was dark, a little dirty and needed help. We went down for the breakfast buffet and was not impressed with the food. Just not that good.
