    Great hotel with wonderful staff

    Myself and my son had a fabulous stay at the Iroquois. It is situated a stones throw from all the midtown attractions but is tucked away on a quiet street. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and the hotel itself is spotless. Having read about tiny hotel rooms in New York, I was pleasantly surprised by how big our room was. There was plenty of space for 2 of us and we had 2 double beds which were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was lovely and big, clean and plenty of storage space for toiletries. Powerful shower with lots of hot water and lovely shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion provided. Plenty of clean towels everyday. The included breakfast was a great added bonus and there was a nice choice of options. If we are lucky enough to return to New York, we will definitely stay at the Iroquois again.     Beautiful hotel in a great midtown location

    Staff goes above and beyond to welcome guests. My son and I were booked nearby at a hotel that was not going to work. I called the Iroquois, and the front desk helped me secure a same-day reservation. The Iroquois saved our vacation. No matter who was working the front desk during our 4-night stay, we promptly got all our questions answered with a smile. One day I accidentally left the "do not disturb" sign out, and the staff called in the evening to see if I needed anything since housekeeping hadn't come in our room.The midtown location cannot be beat for a Broadway trip. The longest walk to a theater was 15 minutes, and yet the hotel is on a quiet block. We were on the fourth floor and were not bothered by city noises. The hotel is so close to Times Square, but the atmosphere is completely different.Have dinner in the hotel restaurant one night. Fantastic Italian food! The breakfast included with our stay was just okay. There were only three choices included: croissant with jam, yogurt with granola, or eggs with breakfast potatoes.I will put the Iroquois at the top of my list next time I need a place to stay in Manhattan.     What a fabulous, tucked away, boutique hotel! and the best Location! There were five of us so we booked the three bedroom suite that includes a living area three mini bars and three bathrooms.     Fair Price for the Experience

    Great location, great value, they do aim to please, and the few issues I had were able to be worked through. The best part is it’s a historic hotel, and the lobby is beautiful. They offer complimentary breakfast for those who care about that.My reservation was supposed to come with a free bottle of wine, I never received it.
