    My stay at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing plenty of space to relax after a long day. The large windows offered a stunning view of the city, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The room also included modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a large television, and a well-equipped bathroom, which made the experience even more enjoyable.One of the best aspects of the hotel was its perfect location. It was situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and public transportation. This made it very convenient to explore the area without spending much time or money on travel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. Overall, the combination of the spacious room, outstanding location, and excellent service made my stay truly memorable and enjoyable.

    Friendly staff, super clean room, great amenities, perfect location. Love they have refillable water bottles, free laundry WITH free detergent, 24/7 free coffee machine. Will stay here next time in Manhattan. Great innovative concept hotel.

    Fantastic hotel/amazing location; tucked away on 51st between 5th and 6th Ave and adjacent to Rockefeller Plaza and Radio City, walkable to everything! 5-10 minute walk to Central Park, Times Square, theatre district, subway, shopping, and more! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was pleasant and helpful. Loved the second floor living room with premium coffee and tea always available, and the refillable water bottle filling station on every floor (water bottles provided). Can't wait to return!

    Wonderful location & some lovely touches - water / coffee available 24/7Clean & reasonably sized rooms for NYCWe had a balcony room which had a wonderful view.Safe installed in wardrobe , good water supply to shower which again isn’t always the case in NYC

    What a great place to stay! The friendliest front desk staff in NYC, no doubt. The location is ideal for any business or sightseeing in Midtown. The rooms are clean and reasonable size for New York. And once again the staff! Really helpful and make you feel at home as a return visitor.
