The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, room service, a laundry service, a conference room, a fax machine and a banquet hall.     Staff was very helpful; room was large, clean and comfortable; breakfast was good. Enjoyed the Direct TV and in room electric kettle with Harneys teas. Within walking distance of the Main Street and many restaurants. We enjoyed Jerry and the Mermaid for seafood. I would highly recommend if you need a hotel in Eastern Long Island.     Thankyou again for another amazing stay. This was our 3rd visit to this wonderful hotel. The rooms are very well appointed. Comfortable beds and incredible staff. We highly recommend this location if staying in the Hamptons or visiting Long Island.     One of the most luxurious hotels on Long Island. The front desk staff provide exceptional service and are very attentive to all requests. Definitely feels like an elevated experience compared to other hotels on Long Island.     Excellent staff members, extremely attentive and timely with service. Front desk was patient with my family's request and especially kind to my toddler.
