    Our stay at the Vista LIC was a good experience. We were there for 17 days to visit family in Queens and NYC. The room was clean, service and staff were great, location is very convenient being close to major subway stops. Rooftop bar has a great view of NYC.

    Excellent service staff and quality Cafe on site. Rooms are cleverly designed and beds and linens are very comfortable. A safe residential neighborhood where you have easy access to shops, banks, subways. Street parking is reasonably easy.

    I got a great room on the 9th floor with a view of Manhattan. Clean and warm. Friendly receptionist. The area has cheap and excellent delis and restaurants, one just on the corner. The hotel is near the metro, which takes you to Manhattan in 10 minutes.

    Rooms are very comfortable and the price unbeatable for being so close to Manhattan (just one stop by subway). Very friendly and helpful staff an all around great experience. Will definitely be back.

    Terrible customer service. Refused to honor reservation via priceline.

    Booked through Priceline and paid extra for included breakfast. Hotel refused to honor it saying it is pricelines mistake. Front desk was more concerned about how i didn't say good morning than answering the issue.
