    We had an EXCELLENT experience here. Everyone on the front desk was very helpful, professional, and kind. The room was very clean and well appointed, and the bed comfortable. Fausto was working reception when we arrived and was super helpful. He went above and beyond with information about the hotel and even some tips to make our stay better, and easier. We didn't have time for breakfast but we grabbed a quick cup of coffee and the breakfast provided looked great.This was our first time at this hotel but we come to the city often and from now on, we will be staying here!
