    Great place to stay; very attentive staff!

    When I first got here, there was a mixup in my reservation. I had booked a room with a roll-in shower because I'm disabled. When I checked in, though, I was given a standard room with a bathtub. I brought this to the attention of the girl working the front desk at night, Sydney. She immediately called the hotel manager Mahar and told him about the situation.The next morning I had the kind of room I wanted. Mahar apologized for the error and charged me only half-price for the one night I spent in the room with a bathtub.Mistakes happen but it's what happens afterward that matters most to me. Sydney and Mahar addressed the situation right away and to my satisfaction. The rest of my stay here was pleasant and uneventful. The bed was very comfortable and the roll-in shower was easy to use. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in this area. It's a great hotel with a very attentive staff! 🙂

    I needed a place for family members visiting for a major event and needed 10+ rooms. A wonderful man by the name of Anthony took care of all my stress. The place was clean and well maintained.Great individualized service at great price. He made sure all my needs were accommodated with changes all the way to last minute.I would recommend this place any time.

    Had a good stay here as rooms felt new and renovated. 4 HBO channels on TV. Fast and reliable WIFI. Bed was comfortable. Room quiet.Free hot breakfast. The area is not great as there's a homeless encampment nearby on the street, but just don't go walking around the area and you'll be fine (there is nothing within walking distance anyway). A number of good restaurants within a 5 minute drive away.

    This is a comfortable hotel but people need to be aware that it is literally right in the middle of a homeless encampment. The street it is on used to also be littered with stolen cars that had been stripped but it looks like that has been cleaned up. The hotel also sits right on 880 so the road noise can be significant. I know this is out of the hotel's control but people should be aware. Overall, though the hotel is comfortable.     Quiet despite location

    This is a good hotel if you are driving. Good included breakfast. Our room was facing the freeway and yet the sound did not intrude. It is easy to miss it because of a lower-than-usual profile - we went past it, and had to drive back. The restaurants of Fremont area are easily accecible. Would recommend it.
