  Overall, a decent option in Rockland County, NY. I had a second floor room on the left side of the hotel overlooking a rarely used parking lot and was quiet. I dislike those wall unit A/C units that are loud and wish hotels would replace with real A/C. There is a restaurant but it looked like it was setup in a conference room and not very nice. Just had coffee to go. Plenty of good places to eat nearby like Patsy's Pizza.

  Back in the area for work project, we opted to stay here again. Everything was just what we expect from Hilton properties, from warm cookies and professional staff at check in to a lovely, clean, comfortable room. "Tom" was especially helpful when I needed to correct my reservation when project date changed. Housekeepers were friendly and efficient. On-site restaurant is always a plus (the Windsor Room reviewed separately) as well as in-room coffee/tea and fresh-brewed in the lobby in the morning. A new dining site soon to open off the lobby, likely more convenient and a bit fresher atmosphere.

  Not sure I’d come back. Asked for extra washcloths as soon as I got to the room…….they never came. Tried to get coffee in the lobby but heard the front desk tell the person ahead of me that they would be refilling it. So I left and came back a half hour or so later to still no coffee. Waited for someone to come “clean” the room and housekeeping didn’t show up until after 3pm. Had no cups, coffee or clean glasses until this time. I wouldn’t normally give a negative review but it just hasn’t been a very relaxing time thus far. One other reason being the super uncomfortable mattress in the room. One side is definitely more firm than the other as it is literally sinking in. Outlets and lights don’t work. I’m very very surprised at this place. Had much higher hopes. Oh and it literally sounds like the people right above the room are moving furniture. 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Wonderful visit and amazing staff!

  We can't say enough good about this hotel and their wonderful, dedicated staff! We recently stayed here with our grandsons and had a truly terrific experience. As we were getting ready to check out, we realized we couldn't find the winter jacket of one of our grandsons. Housekeeping helped us try to find it, but we were unable to, and eventually needed to get on the road. Management and Housekeeping reached out the very next day to say they’d found a jacket — unfortunately not ours — but they didn’t stop there. A few days later, they contacted us again to let us know they had found another jacket, and this time it was ours!Lily and the housekeeping staff were exceptional throughout: they stayed in touch, sent photos, and were consistently responsive and kind. Their dedication, follow-through, and genuine care were beyond impressive and reflect outstanding customer service. A big shout out to their wonderful communication, hard work, and amazing dedication!On top of that, our room was terrific, the hotel breakfast was excellent, and the indoor pool (and the warm chocolate chip cookies!) were a huge hit with all of us. This hotel clearly takes pride in both its facilities and its people. We’re so grateful for the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

  hotel staff was very pleasant. carpet was not vacuumed and dirty. desk chair in room was pealing and very nasty looking. bathroom door had a pocket door which did not allow for adequate closure and privacy!
