Location was good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fairly minimal but okay. Staff was nice and friendly.

The temperature control is complicated. It read low battery. I reported this to two staff members. It wasn’t fixed.Breakfast was standard.

Clean , walking distance to the USA New York side of the fallsThe Falls park was clean and beautiful. Look out spaces right over the Falls, Noise level in hotel was very quiet, hotel employees were very sorry we had to leave due to a pain in my husband's foot!!!! We stayed 3 nights.

Our stay was for two days. The following day after checking in, being out of room the entire day, our room was not cleaned nor beds made. The front desk informed us that we were asked if we wanted housekeeping, telling us that we opted out. Number one, we were never asked and secondly why would a hotel even ask that absurd question. They never even apologized and were indignant. Never again will we stay at a Comfort Inn.
