  Disgusting do not stay here the place was very dirty and not clean. Don’t waste your time here you’ll be highly disappointed.

  I am reluctant to review the same establishment more than once, except if there has been what I consider to be a considerable change at that place. Consequently, as a result of my last stay at the Quality Inn & Suites I am writing this review.Just as stated in my previous review in Tripadvisor, the room at this place was clean and I was provided with a complimentary breakfast with a generous variety of items for selection. The following are issues I encountered which may be of importance to you, the reader.Verify ‘Special Guest Requests’ BEFORE cancellation periodI had stayed that this place in December 2024 and was assigned a room without a telephone; therefore, I stated in my ‘Special Guest Request’ the following: “Please ensure that there is a telephone in the room.” Upon my arrival at this place to check in, I was advised that I was assigned a room without a telephone. I had stated that I had requested a telephone for my room in the reservation and insisted a telephone in my room. The hotel staff had accommodated me and provided me a room with a telephone, at an additional charge of at least $20. I had requested that this extra charge be waived as I should have been advised of the extra charge by this place, which I was not. The extra charge was not waived. To avoid this issue in the future, I recommend that your special requests be confirmed BEFORE the cancellation period.Bring your own telephoneI cannot recall an establishment where a telephone was NOT provided in the assigned room at no additional charge. Consequently, I suggest that to avoid this charge, I suggest you provide your own telephone for this place.Bring your own alarm for wake upI had left a voice message twice to this place for a wake-up call: once, by using the telephone in my room; the second, by using my cellular telephone. I did not receive any wake-up call; consequently, I recommend that you bring your own alarm for wake-up to ensure that you awake at the desired time.Room conditionI was very surprised at the condition of the room I was assigned. It seemed to me that the wallpaper was peeling away from the wall, there was no drain stopper for the tub or bathroom sink, I found no bathmat, and the shower nozzle seemed to have its cap missing, Given that this place would not waive the additional charge for the telephone, and did not respond to my requests for a wake-up call: therefore, I determined that the staff would not accommodate my needs. I did advise the front desk clerk, who was professional and polite, that I was not a not satisfied customer.Please review the photographs I had taken of my room during my stay, and compare them to those photographs I provided in my previous Tripadvisor review. After your review, you decide if there has been a fundamental change at this place.In conclusion, I regret that I had made this reservation at this establishment.

  the hotel location was very nice specially for people who want to cross canada border plus all market and restaurants are nearby , breakfast was decent and free , size of room and size of bed was also very good. the worst thing about this hotel was that the sink , wash basin was not inside toilet it was inside room, how can some one use washroom and come without washing hands , how can some one hold door knob without washing hands , i used brush by teeth late night when my family was sleeping . they used to get disturbed .plus tub was un balanced i thing , they should have made a shower area only ,apart from wash room this hotel was very good, there hotel staff and environment was very good , service was excellent , ideal for family.

  You get what you pay for. Room was clean bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok nothing to write home about but for price we paid we were happy . Hotel parking fee is nuts . Found out after you can park across road free . Room has fridge. In room you could hear people talking etc For price it’s good No bugs etc

  We paid more than we normally pay for a room, but realize that prices are usually higher in well-visited tourist sites.For what we paid, we expected to find a clean room. That was not the case. We found a hair and mold in the shower. Dirt was obvious throughout the place. The window was smeared with something or other.Also, we had no bath towels. Luckily we noticed before one of us was ready to leave the shower.Additional complains: the room slept 4, but there were only two chairs. There was a bedside table for only two of the four.
