  Typical casino. Only stayed a short time, but others in my group were gambling.

  Terrible service at Full Plate Buffet

  Absolutely terrible service at the Full Plate buffet. Specifically, the front staff there consisted of four people: Jada, the manager, and her manager David. Unprofessional, nasty, and not accommodating. Our 83-year-old mother wanted to visit the casino. We came from out of town, and half of us had never been there. It was Saturday, 6/13, at 4:15 p.m.; the restaurant had just opened at 4 p.m., and it was empty! They informed us of an additional $7 per person charge because we were a group of 10. We said this was a buffet, and it was outrageous to pay $70 to sit at the same table. So we said we would do two tables of five. Out of spite, the manager chose tables on opposite sides of the restaurant. It was empty, which was completely unnecessary. David threatened to call security on us when we asked why the manager seated us so far apart. We were not loud, unruly, or anything like that. It’s a buffet where you serve yourself; as a service company, you really should revisit your standards. Our waitress was a sweetheart, and we made sure to tip her well. It was not her fault that the hostess team is terrible. I will absolutely never return. There are so many other casino options in upstate New York that offer better service and standards.   Location to the falls is great, not a far walk at all! It was very clean, our room was large and view was breathtaking!

  Bad hotel staff— each and everyone , hotel cutting corners everywhere

  Hotel is ok, staff is totally unhelpful and rude. Check in experience was not good, had clearly requested king bed, and they say they do not have king bed, how is that possible?? No bath robe or slippers in the room,. Was travelling with kids and there s no tub in the room! Asked to switch to a room with bath tub but they flat out refused. We stayed for 3 days and no house keeping even after calling multiple times. Worst is every night at 1 am AC would stop and heater would kick in. When mentioned on 2 nd day they said we need to come check in when that actually happens. Daytime was alright but same thing happened at 2 am next night !! How can I have someone coming in room at 2 am with 2 kids sleeping .. the front desk person was very cold, unapologetic..Don’t know what these people tho k of themselves … A Z, Revenue Management at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.   Seneca Niagara Spa - My husband and I went for a couple massage. The facility is very quiet and peace and overall the experience was great. The only minor thing...when we went into the room, when I laid on the table, there was this faint smell of BO. Maybe from the previous person but then that made me think - I know the sheets that touch your body were clean but the blankets over it are probably used all day. Our massage was at 2pm - probably the last appointment of that day. The massage therapists were very nice and very thorough- right enough of pressure and ensured it was by asking if it was ok. In the change room has snacks (pretzels etc...) and water...but when I cam back into the change room, someone has taken all the snacks - shame on people. But maybe the staff can just check it more often to ensure snacks are still there for people. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing massage.
