  Sangita Sets the Gold Standard for Hospitality*I’ve stayed at dozens of hotels over the years, and Sure Stay Hotel with Sangita as manager is hands down the best experience I’ve had.From the moment I walked in, Sangita’s professionalism and warmth stood out. She personally handled my check-in and surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade. That kind of attention to detail is rare.Throughout my 4-night stay, Sangita was consistently visible and hands-on. She gave me a handwritten list of local restaurants not overrun by tourists, plus tips for the best times to visit the Falls attractions and avoid lines. I saved at least 2 hours because of her advice.The hotel itself reflects her leadership: spotless lobby, quick housekeeping, hot breakfast with fresh coffee ready by 6 AM, and a staff that clearly respects her. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and efficient — that comes from the top.Check-out was just as smooth. Sangita thanked me by name, asked about my stay, and even helped me load luggage while calling me a cab.   It’s been a wonderful and fun experience. The room is very clean and nice. It’s very quiet and comfortable here. Amenities are great and there are plenty of places to go. The staff is friendly, kind and caring. They are so helpful and understanding. I feel like they are our family and I appreciate them all. We feel safe at this location and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. We value their hospitality and their support through this time spent here and will always remember this moment.
