Worst nightmare at this hotel, never recommend someone to come here.

Everything was broken, especially the iron and the bathroom, we had to wake up everyone so we could go middle of the night to find and use the bathroom, then the beds were really uncomfortable, there were so many mosquitoes that got us infected , then the middle doors in between the rooms were stuck so my daughter tried to open lithe door then it opens but it broke my daughters foot finger nail. Was so bad, never recommend someone to come here.

I was in Niagara Falls with a friend who was attending her brothers funeral. Room was very clean and the staff insisted on us looking at room with them to be sure everything was ok before we brought our luggage etc. in. They also assisted us in bringing in our luggage etc. Very kind and helpful staff. Beds were excellent and comfortable. The only thing we would recommend would be handicap bars in bathroom to assist in getting into tub shower combo. Motel very conveniently located to everything.

If I could leave negative stars, it would be more appropriate. These photos aren't of this hotel. Dirty, loud, creepy, stinks, doors dont close....Checkout is 11am, at 9:20am some lady came banging on our window. We were sound asleep! When we answered it, in her best English, she said "oh sorry" then proceeded to stand at our window till we left. Sheets are dirty. Carpet Filthy. The bathroom door doesn't come close to shutting. The front door had a 1" gap under it. It was 96° (all week), and they controlled the AC from the office. So much furniture in the room was a fire hazard. I kid you not, the toilet paper dispenser was at least 5' from the toilet. (I had to stand up to get TP!) When you arrive, they have you call a phone number on the door, and then they don't answer. Ice machine was broken, which was not ideal in the 90° heat! Pool had a tarp over it. Public uses the dumpswhich is centrally located near the rooms. Couple homeless people dumpster diving while we were there. This room isn't worth $20 a night. The only positive I have is that it's within about 15 from the falls. I'd sleep in my car before I'd stay here again. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this place.

Dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets, no breakfast, no staff to answer questions, very bad bed (actually spring bed which is totally uncomfortable), not worth the price.

WARNING INFESTED WITH BED BUGS DO NOT GO owner will gaslight you and tell you they don’t have them. check the seams don’t make the same mistake i did. i came home with one bite and then a couple days later a bunch of bites all over. it’s cheap there for a reason.
