Not at all like the pics
13 Jun 2026
First off you charge another $20.00 for a “river” view. Problem is you cannot see the River at all. When you tried to ask questions we were told not to ask questions because she needed to concentrate on the reservation. The place is very dated. The bar and grill is not open because they cannot find anyone to work it. The door to the fridge had a broken hinge. Shower head needs a good decalcifying. Water pressure was not great. Overall not worth the price paid. General Manager, General Manager at Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls, responded to this review Dear Donnette,We are sorry to hear that your experience fell short of your expectations. The room conditions you described do not reflect our high standards of cleanliness and comfort, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our hotel offers both Canadian Skyline View and City View room categories. We understand that there may have been some confusion regarding the room descriptions, and we will review the wording used on our website and booking channels to ensure greater clarity for future guests. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us identify opportunities to improve our guest experience. Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your thoughts.Warmest Regards, General Manager

Nice stay for a weekend getaway
29 Mar 2026
Stayed at the Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls, NY and had a solid overall experience!Pros:✔️ Spacious corner room with plenty of space to relax✔️ Super comfy bed — slept great✔️ Amazing location — walking distance to the casino and several restaurants, which made everything so convenientCons:✖️ The Starbucks inside the hotel charges an extra tax on drinks✖️ Bathroom felt a bit dated✖️ There was a kids’ hockey tournament happening, so it got a little noisy with kids running in the halls and knocking on doorsThat said, security handled the noise issue quickly, which we really appreciated.Overall: Great stay for the location and comfort — just a few minor drawbacks. Would consider staying again. General Manager, General Manager at Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls, responded to this review Dear Treem,Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review of your stay. Weekend getaway

Not a good stay
20 Feb 2026
Room was very clean, However, 20$ a day for parking and there was barely parking every night. Starbucks did not take tap, they offered to write my card number down as an option for payment. Staff was rude, not accommodating and not one smile. Last but not least, it was my anniversary and they put a hockey team on our floor. The kids screamed and played in the hallway, both nights of our stay. General Manager, General Manager at Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re very sorry to hear that your anniversary stay did not feel as special and relaxing as it should have been. Celebrating such an important occasion with us means a great deal, and we regret that parts of your experience fell short of expectations. While we truly enjoy welcoming families and teams, we also understand the challenges that can come with that, and we’re sorry for the disruption caused during your stay. We always want every guest, especially those celebrating meaningful moments, to feel comfortable and well cared for. Your comments have been shared with our team, as we never want concerns around service, parking, or overall experience to take away from a visit. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the kind of anniversary stay you deserve.Warmest Regards, General Manager

Quiet and clean
29 Nov 2025
Very quiet. It was during Black Friday. Clean. Staff courteous. Gym was large and roomy. No machine weights, just free weights and cardio machines. Have gym mats. Room was nice but we got the bad view. Wish they would’ve given a free upgrade to a nicer view considering how empty the hotel was perfect location. Very close to the boarder. Had to pay for parking.
