    First off you charge another $20.00 for a “river” view. Problem is you cannot see the River at all. When you tried to ask questions we were told not to ask questions because she needed to concentrate on the reservation. The place is very dated. The bar and grill is not open because they cannot find anyone to work it. The door to the fridge had a broken hinge. Shower head needs a good decalcifying. Water pressure was not great. Overall not worth the price paid.     Stayed at the Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls, NY and had a solid overall experience!Pros:✔️ Spacious corner room with plenty of space to relax✔️ Super comfy bed — slept great✔️ Amazing location — walking distance to the casino and several restaurants, which made everything so convenientCons:✖️ The Starbucks inside the hotel charges an extra tax on drinks✖️ Bathroom felt a bit dated✖️ There was a kids’ hockey tournament happening, so it got a little noisy with kids running in the halls and knocking on doorsThat said, security handled the noise issue quickly, which we really appreciated.Overall: Great stay for the location and comfort — just a few minor drawbacks.     Hotel was nice. Had a ton of kids staying for a cheer competition and someone pulled the alarm at 10:30 at night. Also was charged twice but the manager took care of it. Great location.     Room was very clean, However, 20$ a day for parking and there was barely parking every night. Starbucks did not take tap, they offered to write my card number down as an option for payment. Staff was rude, not accommodating and not one smile. Last but not least, it was my anniversary and they put a hockey team on our floor. The kids screamed and played in the hallway, both nights of our stay.     Quiet and clean

    Very quiet. It was during Black Friday. Clean. Staff courteous. Gym was large and roomy. No machine weights, just free weights and cardio machines. Have gym mats. Room was nice but we got the bad view. Wish they would’ve given a free upgrade to a nicer view considering how empty the hotel was perfect location. Very close to the boarder. Had to pay for parking.
