    Avid IHG Orlando AirportEasily found. Modern but simple décor. Convenience store next door. McDonalds nearby. The room is setup with a small size refrigerator, no coffee machine(but 24hr available in lobby), no microwave(but 24hr available in lobby). The reception recognized my status with 2 items from their snack and drink boutique. I was given a high floor facing the airport runway which was a great view of the planes taking off. The bathroom wasn’t huge but was just enough for 1 person at a time and had a shower. This place is ideal for an early flight or stop over before heading to a stay at a beach. The room had a safe and iron.The reception was quick and easy with advanced check-in, the hotel includes breakfast at 6:30am and it was served and attended to by people who care. You could see in how many times they looked over the food and the quality of that food.The wifi was good enough. The Hotel doesn’t seem new, but it is certainly well maintained.I will stay again.     Bugs in Beds

    BUGS. Checked in late on 3/15/26. (Beautiful room/beds).. went right to bed.. went to breakfast in morning and came back up ? Black specks all over sheets .. wiped off ? And laid on other bed .. and more specks. They were BUGS. Everywhere . Coming out of the mattresses..The hotel claims “rest assured, they weren’t bed bugs”. .. bcuz a pest company came to inspect room AFTER the sheets were all stripped. “They didn’t find anything.” Manager brushed all off as no big deal bcuz “wasn’t bed bugs”. Well, whether we slept in bed bugs? Or if a previous person had a pet w fleas ?? Was disgusting . I have pics and video of the bugs , literally falling out of the pillows when my husband picked them up. Yes, they comp’d the room. But, the hours of work and money spent on dry cleaning every thing ?? To ensure that we weren’t bringing whatever bug back into our house ?? I contacted IHG and this “manager” . It was all brushed off as no big deal. Veryyyy disappointing.     Horrible experience. Front desk customer service is the worst have seen ever! Because of their laziness I spend 2h30 extra at the airport before pick-up. At the hotel, they couldn’t give me an access to the Wifi, and did nothing to help me getting access to it. I got answer by the front desk with a lot of disrespect. And the duty manager was not event reacheable until our departure. Room is clean and well organized.     Could not ask for more! We spent pne night prior to a cruise departure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I am the nervous type and they answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. Beautiful hotel, nice breakfast. There was a bar/food at a neighboring hotel...which was nice. Otherwise not much around for food..l There was a gas station ..we did not venture over there, but they looked large enough to carry misc snack items.

    Great Hotel Experience

    A very good experience from the start. I arrived at the airport at 8:30 pm, called the hotel, and they told me where to wait for the shuttle and that it would take 20 minutes. That was exactly the wait. The driver was very friendly. Check-in was super fast, and the room was spotless and perfect. It includes a mini-fridge. I only stayed one night because I was leaving on a cruise the next day, but based on my experience, I highly recommend it.
