    Like weed and no refunds when you didn’t stay at their “hotel”? Go here.

    Bought a room through Booking.com. Checked in, went to my room just to be slapped in the face immediately by the smell of marijuana when I opened the door. I did not go in and went back to the front desk to tell them to check me out. The attendant said I would be issued a refund after Booking.com called them to confirm I did not stay. Long story short, between the weeks it took Booking.com to get a reply back from them as no one would answer the phone, ever, and the ghosting Baymont has done, here I am almost 3 months later and still no refund. Baymont replied once to Booking.coms email stating I was given my refund the day of, which is a flat out lie. I replied back the day of to that email, CCing Baymont stating that I have not received a refund, just to be ghosted as that email was sent weeks ago. Booking.com, Baymont/Wydham and Paypal all have not rectified this situation. Terrible place, terrible service, terrible everything. baymont UCF, General Manager at Baymont, responded to this review Dear Catt,Thank you for your feedback.     If I could give it less than one I would. 1. The hotel is next to the highway. Bring earplugs, because it is very loud. 2. Our room was upgraded to a suite because they didn't hold our reservation apparently. (See Seinfeld S3 - E11). 3. Our room smelled and felt like a dirty wet sponge. It caused both my wife and I to experience allergic reactions that prevented any real rest. 4. The complimentary breakfast consisted of either a waffle or 2 mini biscuits with sausages that had to be microwaved to consume. 5. We were there with our company vehicle that had the name and information with nice graphics on removable large magnets on the sides. They were stolen on the first night. 6. After explaining this to 2 separate front desk employees (who stared at me blankly and said nothing in return) we gave up. Do yourself a favor....avoid this place at all cost. You'll only be losing money and sleep.
