    I stayed at the location on Universal Blvd. From the moment I walked there, Maria did everything in her power to help. She made me feel safe since I have been going through some family issues. I stayed in several hotels in the last couple of weeks, and by far you guys exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY AND DEDICATION, AND SUPPORT TO MAKE YOUR GUESTS COMFORTABLE AND SAFE. Maria is an amazing employee and a sweet person.

    The hotel and room looked as if it was time for renovations and for the climate equipment to be cleaned/replaced, as they smelled of smoke, looked, and felt old. At least it was quiet for the night that we stayed and cleaned. Plus the location was convenient given that it was on Colonial Drive - not much of a drive from where one needed to go in suburban Orlando.

    We went to the Rod Wave concert and We booked this hotel only because it had a smoking room because my husband smokesAnd for the most part the room wasn’t to bad Staff at front desk was ok! Again here only for 1 night so it was not too bad! So payed my deposit at desk checked out the next morning! Here we are 1 month later still no deposit refund it still says pending and I called hotel asking what’s going on couldn’t even get a word in and the rude lady hung up on me! I called back and the man who answered did the same! I’m just gonna file a claim with my bank! I wouldn’t recommend renting from this hotel! Never Again

    Yuck! Dog and human hair in sheets urine stained pillow case. When I tried to raise my concerns with Chris at the front desk, I was rudely yelled at and dismissed. Sheets were changed by housekeeping but between not changing sheets between guests and rude behavior and the fact that the location is in the "hood" and not a very safe feeling area they should get less than a star. I'm well travelled and usually stay at BW brand but this was not acceptable. If not, for the fact that they allow large dogs like a Labrador I would have left and found something elsewhere Brian Mueller, General Manager at Best Western Orlando West, responded to this review We tried our best to make she has a please stay. we do not have dog stay in that room , ( she complaint about dog hair). we took care her concern within 5 minutes , she complaint our house keeper too slow . LUCKY she do not have to make a living by working as housekeeper. we advice for her next trip , please find a pet friendly hotel allow over 25 lb dog. we were not aware that she has more than 25 lb dog in the room.     Luciana is the most attentive person and nothing was too much. She helped us with everything and even ordered food as our credit card wouldn’t work.
