  I checked in on 4/17/2026. I arrived at the hotel around 5pm and check in went very smooth. The staff at the desk was very friendly and got me checked in quickly. When I arrived in my room 319, it was extremely warm. I went to the ac unit and it wasn’t even on. I turned it on and set it to60 with max fan to cool the room down. We left at 6:45 to go get dinner and the room was still very warm. I asked the front desk how long does the room normally take to cool down and was told about an hour or so. Was told that a lot of rooms the ac gets turned off after guest check out and the ac takes a little bit to get going. We came back from dinner around 8:30 and the room was still extremely warm. Around 10, I called down to the front desk and complained that the room was still extremely warmAnd you couldn’t feel the cool air coming out unless you sat at the unit. The lady from the desk came up and stated she would try to reset it but she wasn’t a maintenance person and couldn’t guarantee anything. She even stated it was very warm in the room when she walked in and mentioned you couldn’t feel the cool air by the beds. I then asked about switching rooms and was told there weren’t any rooms available. I even stated I could go online a book the same room I was in and was told I couldn’t switch. When I complained about needing to talk to someone else to make more of a complaint, I was given the general managers card and was told to email her because she’s the only one who could give refunds or any kind of discount and she wasn’t there. Was stressed to email her as the numbers on card would call the desk and would make it to her. I then set up the sofa bed for my kids and found out there was no bedding in the room for it. So went down and asked for it. When given the “bedding” I was given two blankets and a shower curtain. When I made it to the front desk to return the curtain for a sheet, both the gentleman and lady behind the counter seeemed annoyed I was back. But when I told them I wasn’t given a sheet, which they tried arguing I was showed them the shower curtain to which both of their jaws dropped.I sent the manager and email and I will attach all correspondence from to and from her. She told me that maintenance checked the room and the ac unit was satisfactory for the room.If you want a room that has a chance to be warm for 7+ hours after arrival, with staff who can’t really do much to help other than just saying sorry then book here. There really wasn’t anything good about the hotel. I overheard multiple people complaining about their rooms and the lobby being warm. Just to to a different hotel and skip this oneThis is what the owner said back on a review:As per your threat to leave a negative review if we don't give you a free night - you went ahead and did so. I think most people reading these reviews know your type and why you do this. We will not be blackmailed. Please don't come back.I never once asked for a refund, demanded a free night or any kind of money back to me. I was told to email the manager because she was the only one who could do anything.

  Check it was easy, receptionist was polite. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but was far from good. I found a hair band in the bed as if they didn’t bother to change the sheets. The iron was dirty and left my shirt marred and stained with brown crude. The shower’s water pressure felt like Orlando was in the middle of a drought. All but one towel had dark spots or stains and/or holes. They put out the tiny 4-5oz cups for drinks at their “breakfast bar,” so instead of drinking your drink with your meal, you’re constantly getting up to refill your tiny shot-glass of juice. There are much better hotels in the area for that same price. Stay here only if you need to.

  They need to close the place and rebuild it. There is a bar across the street that plays very loud music on weekends till 3am

  Based on the reviews here I took a leap but I would not stay at this property again. It’s mostly little things that could be remedied. Rooms are still dated. They might have had a glow up but still old carpet that smelled like dog. Older A/C units musty. Bathrooms have no ceiling fans so moisture is creating ceiling stains and mustiness. Bed and Bath linens need an overall. You can see through the washcloths that are falling apart. Stains on the bedsheets. No water pressure in shower or sink. On the positive it was cheap so maybe this is one of those you get what you pay for. Luckily we were just sleeping there. The breakfast options looked okay and front desk was friendly and check in easy.

  I was very pleased with this hotel. Got a good rate and the room/hotel was very nice. Brand new furnishings with a nice sitting area, great a/c, comfortable bed, SOFT towels that are a good size, clean carpet in room & hallway, plenty of hot water with good pressure. There was a problem with smoke alarm chirping 2 nights and a couple of college kids a little loud for a minute in hallway at 3am, but the hotel staff is so phenomenal, I did not reduce rating. The girl that turned a/c down for me because of a 10pm arrival is why my stay started off so well and I will be returning every 6-8 weeks most likely.
