I had a very nice time. The staff was great, especially Heather, Ray, Gary and the housekeeper was helpful. I didnt require care but just extra face cloths and hand towels. Heard no noise, breakfast was very nice. It had what I needed and great choice of hot drinks. I also purchased from the lobby store. Had plenty of ice although I had to go down to 2nd floor for it from 3rd. Looked like they were going to install a new one or keep it removed. I appreciated how caring all the staff was. I did'nt catch the lady's name who checked me in but she was a hoot! Super staff! I felt like friends with them all.

Great value. Facility very clean, rooms very clean, staff was great, location was great. I think anyone writing a one star here was at some other hotel, this hotel deserves a 5 rating.

Best ever time at a hotel

Unbelievable staff letting me check in early which was a great help traveling with my autistic son!!!! Had to go to Walgreens for meds and the manager offered to take me in van. Now who does that???? What a wonderful experience thanks to your wonderful staff.karla wrage

There is NO functioning POOL. They are NOT informing you of this till you arrive.One reason why we booked was for the pool. Sad we did NOT get informed of this at reservation time or even promptly afer reservation so we could cancel and find another hotel with a functioning pool

I just tried to contact them and then the lady put me on hold and 3 other times no answer was wanting to book there but after looking at the recent reviews I don't think they care much about service at this point
