Hotel canceled our four day booking and REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BOOK TO STAY HERE.....THEY MAY DO THE SAME TO YOU 😞 😞We did find a lot nicer hotel in the came area

Bryan's Spanish Cove is centrally located near everything tourist. As part of the former Diamond Resort and now Hilton Grand Vacation, I have used my points to stay at this property 3 times only because the points were not as high as others in the area however, every time I have stayed, I always comment on how sadly dated this property is...the staff is super friendly and attentive, the view towards the lake is breathtaking however, the patio screens have not been cleaned in ages, when you open the sliding glass doors there are cobwebs along the sliding cavity at least in the unit I stayed. The property is SCREAMING for a good pressure wash and a coat of paint. Coincidentally...Early this morning I received an email from HGV that as of 7/1/26 this property will no longer be in the HGV portfolio for us to book with our points. I guess HGV did not feel updating the property was worth it which is very sad because it has a lot of potential.

Roaches everywhere and they dont sanitize and dont care!!! Be ware

I have to say that I didnt believe the reviews about the roaches, until I had experienced this myself. The main issue is that they didnt care. We found a large one in the bathtub, all they did is remove. We asked to sanitize, they didnt do it and they didnt care. Then we saw live ones coming from a hole from the main entrance door, they didnt care. I will never return back

We enjoyed our stay yet not a lot of amenities. I thought there would at least be a fitness center. Overall nice quaint place to stay in Orlando when on the go.

Nice location but dated interior. Minimal decor but quiet. Slightly worn bed. Sketchy wifi. Tub showers not good for seniors.
