Location

This family hotel, designed in the style of a castle from the Middle Ages, is situated at the heart of International Drive. It is situated just 1.6 km from Universal Studios and about 11 km from Walt Disney World.

Facility

The hotel has 216 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Rooms

    The Castle Hotel is an excellent place to stay. From the housekeeping up to the front desk , both service and staff are a 10. The layout of the hotel, including the pool, was well laid out. The amenities are all there. I would absolutely stay there again.     Wow I can't begin to rave about how wonderful my stay was at this hotel. Jenna was so helpful at checkin and checkout . Joe went above and beyond when it came to leaving the hotel he helped hold my bags and get everything in my car. David & Holden remembered my exact drink order and made sure to take great care of my team during are dinners and event. Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming the hotel was beautiful and clean. I loved Mauricio friendly attitude he was such bright soul and he was very helpful with there menu suggestions.
