Guests are welcome to this Orlando hotel that is conveniently located across the street from Florida Hospital and just one mile north of Downtown Orlando. It is within minutes of TD Waterhouse Center (home of the Orlando Magic basketball team), the Citrus Bowl, Rollins College and Loch Haven Cultural Complex. This Orlando hotel is centrally located to Downtown business centres, government offices and Orlando's major attractions and theme parks, including Universal Studios, Wet 'n Wild and Walt Disney World.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 122 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     The moment I entered the lobby and was warmly greeted by Kaitlyn front desk attendant , it set the whole experience! The room was just perfect and well kept. I had wonderful nights sleep on the comfy beds too. Free parking, pool /jacuzzi , and breakfast was a winner! Loved the location cause, away from all the traffic and construction around the area . I stayed 7 nights and will surely book again :)Thank you, Gregory

    Charming motel. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly and helpful.Housekeeping was on-request, although they did clean our rooms on the 3rd day without us asking.Great include breakfast. Pool and hot tub were clean and open. A busy, but quiet area. Even with streets to businesses and hospital noise was never noticeable.     Nice hotel in Orlando

    This hotel was the penultimate accommodation in our US roundtrip. We spent 2 nights here. We chose this hotel because its location; we didn't visit Disnelyland or Universal Studios but Orlando downtown and the Kennedy Space Center. The hotel was clean, the saff was kind. The breakfast was average US style. The pool was great and vacant. A tip: if you don't want to drive to the downtown just travle by SunRail, the station (AdventHealth) is a 2 minutes walk.     Overcharged from booked rate with terrible Customer Service.

    Overcharged from agreed on rate of $180 per night confirmed two months ago. At checkout the rate was $197 per night. Front desk said they could not adjust the rate. Said we had to contact corporate office (which was clearly outside the country). Corporate said only the hotel could adjust the rate. After over 1.5 hours of talking, holding, run-around from hotel and Corporate, we were advised to talk with General Manager (Carmen) this next day (Mon 3 March 2025). Left a number for Manager to call us, which she did not do. When I finally reached her she was clearly annoyed and rude. Said the overcharge had been corrected. She gave no reason for not calling as requested. We were as nice as possible for as long as possible. Definitely turned us off from EVER staying at another Choice hotel.     So we came for one night for a wedding and check in was smooth ! The girl named bienbu if i got it right lol she was very sweet and took good care of us my mom used her points for a room 330 was nice n clean but living room ac barley worked we had it cold and it wasn't making much cool down but in room ac was fine ! My room 311 was great!!! Ac nice n cold ! Beds comfy kinda hard must be new idk for sure water pressure perfect! Hot water amazing !!!! Parking was good ! Just sucks hot tub wasn't open till 12 wish it was only open till 9! Only other issues kids were running down hall and screaming and people waking up early way to early slamming doors but overall great stay will be back !
