    We stayed at this hotel because we were visiting several theme parks. We were about 10 minutes away from Sea World, Universal, and Discovery Cove. The rooms were nice and clean. The AC worked perfect. We enjoyed the giant poolside TV screen in the courtyard where we watched movies from our balcony and in the pool. Maurice was very kind and accommodating when we decided to extended our stay. We ended up staying an additional night because of how much we enjoyed the hotel, it was a vacation on its own with the pool tables and small water slide in the pool. My son looked forward to the cookies and lemonade every day. The hotel staff was extra friendly and welcoming especially Pierre and Kerry. The hotel was very peaceful considering how kid friendly it is. We have already recommended this hotel to our family and will be returning.     I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service from Maurice, Pierre, and Kerry during our hotel stay. All three went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish.     This hotel is outstanding the staff is wonderful they are very helpful and really work to make you stay the very best it can be. Some of the staff that I think are outstanding are Maurice, Pierre, Jennifer, Aixa, Victoria at the front desk check in and in the evening. Also the audit team of Popo and Steven were very helpful.     I was scammed at this hotel. I had already paid the resort fees and taxes through the Booking.com website, but the hotel charged me twice after my stay ended. I sent an email and they didn't reply. They are not honest.
