Location

This property is located just 10 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and 25 minutes from some theme parks. The centre of Orlando is just a 5-minute drive. Other nearby airports include Orlando Sanford International (55 km), Patrick AFB (75 km) and Tampa International (131 km away).

Facility

Guests have a choice of 168 non-smoking rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Clean room, great staff, friendly service. A few minor repairs/updates are needed, but these caused very little inconvenience to me, personally. Very good place for the price!!

    DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

    Absolutely horrible. Don’t even waste your time. My 1 year old was looking in the drawers when we got there and we found a light bulb,food utensils and plates in one drawer. The next drawer we found dirty panties and bras. So I went downstairs to inform them. Got another room and those drawers had nasty shoes in them.

    A decent room for the price and a great location, right across the street from a Waffle House. The staff was great, and when we needed to extend, we were able to stay in the same room.

    I took one star because even though the daytime front desk person was nice, the night time front desk person was not. My husband talked to them about the tv, because he couldn't get it to work, and they weren't helpful at all, making my husband feel like an idiot. There were a few overflowing trashcans on our floor during Saturday and Sunday, and some of the cleaning staff were just rude. Other than that, the bedroom was a nice size, but not entirely cleaned. The check in and check out was super easy, lasting less than five minutes. Both ladies who worked during the daytime were nice and very helpful. Parking is small but it seems that they have enough spaces for everyone, as we didn't have any problems finding a spot.

    Trust you don't want to stay here. They have roaches, burn marks on counters and carpet. The room I stayed in the bathroom door had screws holding it together. The breakfast is waffles, muffins and apples. The staff that works there was nice they apologized for the bad experience.
