  This is the cleanest and best hotel. I have stayed at in a long time! And I have stayed at many five star resorts around the world.

  Okay if you want to stop here at least book on line for the $109 advertised, my cost was over $170 and the clerk told me I paid $45 less as a Wyndham client. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, would have liked to watch TV ,but there was no remote and the night clerk didn't have one, didn't know where the housekeeping kept them. I suggested he might get me the remote from the room next to mine, and he told me he was going to have a busy night and might have to sell that room- so worry about a potential guest instead of paying guest. Next morning, the room had not been rented .

  Not a place for shenanigans

  I have seen lots of mixed reviews about this place. I have stayed here several times while doing business in Apopka. Property seems to be maintained well. I tend to judge how clean a motel room will be, seeing how clean the outside is. Windows are clean, sidewalks to the rooms are clean, parking lot is clean. They provide plenty of trash cans, and several outside ashtrays for the smokers. Usually when you pull up to a motel and cigarette butts are ever where, that’s a good indicator that management doesn’t care about how clean the rest of the customers space will be. Staff is excellent! Tracie is awesome. Have seen shady characters attempt to pull their shenanigans, but owners, and staff seem to take care of those issues as soon as they’re spotted. The rooms have always been clean and not smelly. I have never had a issue while staying here. I will say, you get a clean room and a good value staying here. If you’re super picky, maybe consider wasting your money on a overpriced hotel and not complain about how a cheaper motel didn’t meet your expectations. Just my opinion

  Spectacular Stay!

  It was not the fanciest place I've stayed, but it was comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities I needed, including coffee in the room. What made this stay spectacular was the staff, especially Jasmine and Tracey at the front desk. They couldn't have been kinder or more helpful and that's a luxury not often experienced in today's world. I'll be back!

  Oh boy where to start.If you're looking for a place to lay your head for a night or two, you're good. Beds are clean and neat. They give you plenty of towels and washcloths, so that's also a plus. Now on to the other mishaps:The room I stayed in has a green arm chair. It has stains and smells ( if I can add pictures I will). Someone dyed thier hair purple as well the evidence is on the bathroom door. The mini-fridge has something in both the freezer and fridge parts....Kinda smells. The breakfast bar didn't have much. Coffee tasted funny. I will say the staff we encountered were polite and respectful.
