    Jada at the front desk was a breath of fresh air! She was kind, energetic, happy and accommodating! So nice to talk to someone who was happy and welcoming. All staff we interacted with during our stay were similarly happy and welcoming!Clean rooms, and lobby! Definitely a nice place to stay and we left not only with no complaints but with a little extra pep in our step due to Jadas warm welcome, really setting the tone for the remainder of our travels! We booked via go port and the transportation from the airport to the hotel and from hotel to port was seamless!

    Paid over $300 a night because it was graduation weekend and they didn’t even provide free coffee or breakfast. Also gave us a handicapped room with a handheld shower with zero water pressure and barely hot water. Definitely a disappointment for a Doubletree. Only positive was they decorated the lobby for graduation and rooms were clean. If you are attending a graduation it’s convenient but for the price I’d stay farther from campus to have a nicer hotel.     This hotel looks newly remodeled and is very nice. We had breakfast in the hotel which was delicious. Diana,Our server, was exceptional in terms of her cheerfulness and efficiency.     Extremely Disappointing Experience

    I paid for an extra night on Thursday just to guarantee my room would be ready for a Friday morning check-in, yet the service that followed was unacceptable.On Saturday, housekeeping arrived while I was showering. I asked them to return in an hour, but after three hours, they still hadn't appeared. When I left at 3:00 PM, I alerted the front desk that my room was still dirty, the in-room phone was broken, and the showerhead was covered in mold with a foul odor coming from the water.I asked for a manager then and there, but was told none would be available until Monday. Although staff assured me the room would be cleaned while I was out, I returned at 10:00 PM to find nothing had been done. Offering a room change at 11:00 PM. Hours before my checkout, was not a remedy.The manager did call on Monday and promised to follow up after speaking with his regional lead, but I never heard from him again.
