Location

This hotel is located at the southern end of International Drive within a few minutes walk of Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove.

Facility

1102 non-smoking rooms are located on 17 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 3 freshwater pools, which are outdoors and in part heated. There is a special swimming area for little ones as well. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers crazy golf. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, table tennis and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and hydrotherapy treatments. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast every day, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The service is too poor. They dont provide complimentary water. TV is non functional and despite of calling them 10 times - no solution. Now the best thing is that there is one person in the back end to take calls so u keep on calling n no one picks.Finally you have to walk down for all requests.My entire holiday has been destroyed.     Horrible staff, horrible Front Desk rude, they never pick up the phones, rooms are old smell, mildew, skin debris from previous guest , blood found on their towels. Burnt breakfast buffet, dark hall ways, scary walking at night. Jacuzzi broken, phones in the rooms broken. Both Assistant and General Manager not sympathetic would not want to give me pack my money, I demand for full refund and they declined my request. This Double Tree is at the same level of a motel 6 and you might get better service at the Motel 6 than at the double tree. Never again!     The management here at the hotel was amazing. He took care of me and my partner like we are royalty he did everything and us were amazing. And help us. The only problem.
