Location

The hotel is the only all-suite hotel located inside the Walt Disney World Resort (in the Downtown Disney Resort area). Orlando International Airport is approximately 28 km and Tampa International Airport about 112 km away.

Facility

229 suites are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Children can enjoy the playground. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.
