    Please do not believe the pictures... This is full of drugs and problems. Cops here almost every night. Don't believe pictures that you see believe all the reviews, oh also let's not forget about the homeless living in the parking lot.. please do not book here plenty of nice hotels in town.

    Ashli at the front desk is awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were as you’d expect for this price, but clean and safe. I was pleasantly surprised with the room fridge’s size and that there was a microwave. We typically stay at the Legoland hotel, but decided to give this place a try because the rates were crazy this weekend for their brick or treat event.     Worst hotel in winter haven

    Worst place ever. Wouldn’t even recommend to a homeless person. On a business trip. The rooms are filthy. The have constant problems with the hot water. One day it took 4 hours for them to fix the hot water and I needed to go to work. Front desk staff are disrespectful. You hardly get rooms service and they half ass clean the room if they do come. Floors are disgusting. Shower filled with dirt and hair. Molding on the bathroom ceilings. Ants a bug crawling around door. I knows it’s a cheap hotel but come on this is ridiculous. Health department needs to close this place down asap. Loud window unit ac. You can hear right through the walls. Don’t come here ever. Spend a little extra to go to a nicer place.     Confusing??Two different hotels as one big hotel.Bad room disgusting bathroom. Bad cable & remote for the TVNo free continental breakfast. I will not stay here ever again.I do not recommend staying here

    Person named Jean th at works there has the worst behavior I’ve ever seen. This women has the audacity to yell at my kid! We’re on vacation ! She must be so miserable. My kid didn’t do anything, they were laughing and giggling !
