Location

This high-rise hotel is located just off International Drive and offers first-class service. A multitude of restaurants, shops, and entertainment centres can be found in the immediate surroundings.

Facility

246 suites are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available.     My husband and I celebrated our 7th anniversary there and we had a great time. Despite renovations going on we weren't the least disturbed by noise. The entire front desk staff 7-3 and 3-11 were wonderful, they made sure we were taking care of with any issues we had. Will definitely stay again.     Absolutely Horrible experience!

    I gave the room one star because negative was not an option. The hotel experience was absolutely horrible. For starters, the hotel is very outdated, and I was told that I would be given a newly renovated room, which was still very much outdated. The hotel is undergoing a full renovation. The pool tile around the pool was removed; this was a horrible experience. Anyone reading this who has stayed at this hotel and thinks is even remotely nice must be new to traveling or accustomed to truck-stop motels. There are so many other great options nearby. As someone who enjoys Embassy suites, this was the worst stay ever. Do your research and don't suggest your family loved ones to this horrible location.     We really enjoyed the new rooms. There is still some construction but it was no problem. The only thing we did not like was the water was lukewarm the first 2 days but hot today.     A Nice Place in a Great Space!

    My wife have stayed here 3 times in the last 12 months. Most recently during Christmas week of 2025. Located off of International Dr. on Jamaican Court, this Embassy Suites is near I-4, Disney and Sea World are about 15 mins away. There are many restaurants in the area, with a number of them within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are very nice, and attentive, and the breakfast is good. We can’t wait to return for Thanksgiving or Christmas 2026.     Furniture needs upgrade and needs more elevators.

    Staff was very nice. Hotel showing age, appears to have been updated but furniture was exceptionally uncomfortable. No comfortable chair or couch to rest in. Good location. Only one bank of 3 elevators with 8 floors. Elevator wait most always pretty long for an Embassy Suites where there are normally more elevators. Some rooms are quit a hike from elevators.
