    I came to have a bite and some drinks with friends at shark lounge and it was amazing! Our bartender, Chello, was so friendly, attentive, and just all around WONDERFUL! We really had a great experience. The food and drinks were delicious. I will definitely be back!

    Resort is outstanding but so many fees when you arrive so you pay 11k for the holiday to find out you have to pay over another $1500 for extra fees then if you don’t pay it you would have to go back to the airport for two weeks Too many family’s partying all night and the properties are not sound proof Defo don’t pay to stay here pay for an apartment yes it may have been partly down to the company we booked through but the resort would not help us in any way you will pay our fees and that’s it Thanks for your help stay clearCockroaches everywhere in the property as well

    We booked a villa at Encore Resort through British Airways Holidays and unfortunately our experience was disappointing.The main issue was the swimming pool, which was a key reason for choosing this villa. During our stay the pool was not functioning properly and was unusable for several days. This significantly impacted our holiday, particularly as we had planned to spend a lot of time relaxing at the villa.We also experienced problems with the fridge water and ice dispenser, which remained unresolved during our stay.Maintenance staff did attend the property and efforts were made to address the issues, however the problems were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe. After several days, alternative accommodation was arranged and we moved to a different villa for the remainder of our holiday.While we appreciated that a solution was eventually provided, the disruption of having to pack, move, unpack again, and settle into a new property part way through our holiday was stressful and took away valuable holiday time.We have visited Florida many times over the years and understand that occasional maintenance issues can happen, but we were disappointed by the length of time it took to resolve the situation and the impact it had on our holiday experience.Based on our stay, I would recommend confirming who manages the villa before booking and ensuring any issues are escalated quickly if they arise.Overall, while the holiday improved after relocating, the first part of our stay did not meet the standard we were expecting.

    We had a wonderful family stay at Encore at Reunion. The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for traveling with family. It gave everyone enough room to relax while still feeling like we were all together. The kids really enjoyed the water park.     HORRIBLE - NEVER AGAIN!

    This place is the worst. Gross. Awful. I would never return, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. The idea is nice - having a large house with a private pool, but it comes with a price. The houses are so close to one another and there is no privacy at all. The neighbors you have might party all night long with loud music and security is a complete JOKE! They do NOTHING! Two nights in a row the people next to us blared their music and partied all night long and when security was called, they drove past the house and did nothing the first time. When I had to call them back to ask for help so we could go to sleep at 2:30 am, they finally arrived and laughed with the neighbors and just told them to move their cars. They never asked them to turn down the music. In fact the music continued to blare as security was there talking to the neighbors. The next morning, security showed up again to ask about a car on the street and when I asked them why they won't tell the neighbors to turn down their music, again they did NOTHING! We were forced to leave this horrific place early and go to a nearby hotel. If I could give zero stars I would. They claim they have quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM, but that is not true and it is not enforced. In addition to the lack of attention to the noise complaints, the dishwasher leaked so much water all over the kitchen, the hose that we were supposed to use to fill the pool had several gaping holes in it and was useless, the washing machine and dryer did not work properly, the pool filter leaked water and was clearly broken, and the pool alarm never sounded once, even though at check in they told us the state of Florida required this alarm to be active at all times. Additionally, at check in the girl repeatedly told us not to park on the street or we WOULD be towed, but we witnessed cars parked all over the side of the roadways. Their security is a joke and I did not feel safe at this place at all. They do not enforced any of their own rules. Never again. Stay far away!
