  Stole $168.05 from me and gave me the wrong room!

  Stole $168.05 from me and still have not received a refund. I had a 2 night stay booked for 04/29/26-05/01/26 for a studio with 2 Double Beds. for me and my 2 guests. Upon checking in and going to the room, I walked in and saw one double bed, along with the smell of cigarettes and mildew. I went right back to the front desk and told the girl, and she told me "Well thats all we have available" even though I booked a 2 bed room. I asked if she could just go ahead and refund me my $168.05 back and she literally said " Yeah nothing I can do" and turned away and walked out. I told her well I cant stay here and gave her my key, and she didn't care. I was forced to in turn book a whole separate hotel, and all the while every time I have tried to reach out to ESA corporate no one is available. I would like my $168.05 refunded back immediately please!   Took the family on a warm weather escape from the Cold and snowy north.I must admit I never stayed with this extended stay name before so I liked the priceMy family was joining me and my wife and kids were very happy with coffee and muffinsRoom was very clean and looks like they take pride in the location.During my stay the gentleman at the desk name was Tony I think always was pleasant and friendly asking if he could make our visit better.   Needed a new place after the roach infested fiasco I checked in and out of prior. My son made the reservation online and I was there within 15 minutes. The desk clerk was an absolute sweetheart! I asked to see the room first (new standard procedure) she had no problem with that! I accepted the room. It was clean, sweet smelling, lovely comfortable bed and fluffy new pillows! It was perfect!! No breakfast; as I expected there to be one but’s 7-11 right across the street for coffee. Pool closed. Don’t know why. Lots of pot smoke smell everywhere but that doesn’t bother me!! I love that smell! It was quiet at night and had a kitchen with no cooking gear but I was only there 2 nights. Probably on extended stay they break it out. $25 pet fee I gladly paid after the horror of the “no pet fee” last place. It truly makes a difference in cleanliness and deodorization.   This property was clean besides a few minor details. The girl at the front desk was a sweetheart( I don’t remember her name, think it started with a G), Max was amazing as always, Tiffanie (GM) has the property decorated for Christmas and it really gives you the homey feeling you’re looking for in a extended stay hotel.
