The business hotel is located near the entrance to Universal Orlando, less than 3 km from the Holy Land Experience and the Mall at Millenia and within walking distance of mutiple restaurants, bars and nightlife as well as the I-Drive Trolley transport stop. The Greyhound bus station is approximately 6 km from the hotel and the Amtrak train station is around 9 km away.

Facility

10 junior suites, 20 suites, 27 single rooms and 59 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom.     A fairly standard, run-of-the-mill American hotel. The rooms had a slightly musty, damp smell and the location is a bit removed from the more populated tourist areas.Breakfast was included and consistent each day, with options like waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, and juice.The shuttle service to Universal was very useful, especially in the heat during our stay. If you’re up for it, it’s about a 25-minute walk.The pool was on the smaller side, and security around that area could be improved, as there were instances of people entering through the side gate to access the gym.     Guests fell right at home? Yea right, if you live in the slums maybe. Dont go barefoot at this hotel in your room. They dont clean it. There was garbage in the garbage can when I checked in. There were blood stains on the sheets and feces under the toilet bowl rim. Dont book at this hotel.     This is defined not up to Marriott standards. This is an older hotel. The location is good as there are restaurants nearby and a walgreen right by it. The cleaning here is non existent. There are bugs in the room and hallways. There are some crawlers in the breakfast area. Check out what you eat prior to eating it. The front desk is rude and unfriendly and treat you like an annoyance and not willing to help. The air conditioning don’t work while we were there and they didn’t do anything about it.     Nasty and disgusting.

    Please be aware of how nasty this hotel is. Read all the reviews before booking. Marriott site mentions cockroaches and mice. I didn’t see any of those this time. I had The streak under the toilet handle took them three days to clean and only after I sent them a picture in the app to clean it. I have no idea how they missed it for three days. The stain on the pillow is unacceptable and nasty. I sent that to them and they sent up another pillow and the person who sent it up look annoyed that he had to bring up a clean pillow. The location is good. It’s right by the parks and the shuttle was good. No staff acknowledges you when you walk in or say hi ever during our four night stay. Please be aware as this is not a cheap hotel and you are staying in a disgusting motel if that.     Turned us away!! Horrible customer service.

    They turned my son away from the hotel at 11pm at night. I called previously to let them know my flight was delayed and my son would be there before me. They said no problem they would put him on the reservation so he could get in without me there. When he arrived they wouldn’t check him in. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware.
