This family-friendly hotel is conveniently located just 4.8 km from Walt Disney World. Transportation to the Disney parks is complimentary. It is also a short distance from SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Old Towne. Within a safe walking distance guests can find many shops and restaurants.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 199 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine are available.     I went to this place expecting the free continental breakfast only to find the restaurant closed. We arrived 30 minutes early and we were told we had to wait because it wasn't ready . We came back to the 4 o'clock check and was told we had to wait 20 minutes. We ended up getting our room at 5 o'clock. When we finally got our room my 74 year old wife and son was almost hit by some type of tiling that construction workers we're throwing down where they were standing. A young boy came over and threw a hammer to a worker upstairs over the top of my wife. We had to wait until they were done to get into the room. Extension cords on the side walk with no tape over it. The Condo, Hotel has bugs . The staff is rude and tells me I have to complain to the booking agent. They speak 4 words , ( call your booking agent.) The bar experience was more than I could write on the review. People be aware of this place. Going to court to try and stop having hotels and booking agents from not providing up to date information on the pool and breakfast not being part of we hat people are paying for. We should be allowed to know before booking if their amenities aren't being offered at that time.

    Our room was clean and easy to find. The hotel is located by a chinese buffet two buildings over, a Dollar Tree, Aldi and much more. Everything is in walking distance and there is a shuttle bus that comes on property. The pool stays open late to about 10pm and you can sit outside on the patio with umbrella tables. We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed our visit to Florida.

    I loved this hotel but it seems to be closed now. It’s too bad because it was renovated and superclean. The buffet breakfast was excellent with hot and cold foods such as scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, a large bowl of yogurt with many toppings such as honey, walnuts, fruit etc. Many Europeans staying there. I hope it reopens.

    Hotel is out of business. Walked in to check in only to be told the hotel had been closed down/ sold for two months. What? Rooms sold as condos. There seems to be a conference center in the location. So disappointed and I their voice mail was full.

    My experience with Greenpoint Kissimmee was horrendous. I booked a stay for 3 adults from May 13 to May 23, 2025. Just two days before my arrival, I received an email stating that the check-in closed at 6:00 PM, even though my flight was landing in Orlando at 9:45 PM. I tried to contact the hotel as instructed for late arrivals, but got no response at all. Multiple phone calls went straight to voicemail, and my emails were ignored. I reached out via WhatsApp and Expedia, but still got no reply.In desperation, I contacted Expedia, who told me to wait until the day of arrival and that they would relocate me if necessary. Upon landing in Orlando, I found a WhatsApp message from the hotel stating they had transferred my reservation to another hotel without any input from me. This is absolutely outrageous and shows a total lack of respect for customers. I was given no choice in the matter and left completely in the dark. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
