Quiet and clean 10 minutes from the Sanford Airport

We stayed one night prior to flying out of Sanford airport. The hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport, yet it is in a quiet area. The rooms were clean and we didnt hear anyone even though a baseball team of youngsters were also staying at the hotel. The free breakfast was the normal powdered eggs and chicken sausage, but they did have a waffle maker and toaster for bagels and muffins. The coffee was very welcome and hot. Just what we needed.The staff was professional, not overly friendly, but we had no trouble arranging an early check in at 11:30 for an extra $35.

Absolutely a terrible experience. They overcharged me for a room. As a diamond member, I got nothing for being a diamond except for being overcharged for a room that I didn’t want. I would suggest if you want to be taking advantage of stay at this hotel.

Room was in great shape, breakfast area was as well. Food was always fresh and plentiful. Front desk staff was helpful with two items we needed help with.

Beautiful hotel in great condition and very modern. Rooms are spacious, extremely clean and well appointed. Bebe at the front desk could not have been nicer. She was working Thanksgiving day, and even while working the holiday she was so kind and friendly. Truly a huge asset to this beautiful hotel! Thanks BeBe! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the area!
