    Fantastic front desk.

    Our flight back to the UK got cancelled and we were left to our own devices to sort out accommodation. Luckily an extremely helpful MCO information staff member put us in touch with this hotel, numerous other options were full. It was such a relief to have an amazingly helpful guy at the front desk, it was nearly gone 11pm. He gave us a late check out, and all the assistance we needed, we only wished we had more time there.

    Mom and I stayed here at the beginning of our cruise vacation and it was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming Front Desk team (Amani) and throughout the next two days everyone we met was exceptionally guest service oriented! Geraldine helped me make a last minute run to find items we needed for the cruise and that was beyond appreciated! The room was very clean and breakfast was just what we needed to start the day! Great hotel and highly recommend!!

    Good clean, convenient stay, close to ORMC

    Since we had an appointment at ORMC the following morning, we opted to stay at the Hampton Inn near it. The room was good-sized with a large desk, sofa, and king-sized bed; the shower was typical. A perk was the wet bar and mini frig. It seems like no hotels provide a freezer of any kind in the mini refrigerators which I find disappointing. The bed was comfortable. Ambient light from outside could be an issue even with the darkening drapes. Breakfast was okay, thank goodness coffee was available at all hours. Room was clean, no noise was noted, the front desk was efficient. Tripadvisor price was much, much better than the listed price.

    We had a great time. The hotel was clean , quiet, and comfortable. We came from a red-eye flight and hoped jist to put our bags in the hotel ,but for our surprise, Lorenzo, the best ever! said he can give us a room and also enjoy breakfast if we want. This was an amazing gesture, and only for that, this hotel gets the hotel of the year!!

    As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I enjoy staying at different properties throughout Hilton's portfolio when visiting a particular city. An Amtrak trip to Orlando brought me to this property, which is just around the corner from the station.As always, I checked in via the HH app, and at that time chose my room. Upon arrival, the room I chose was the one I received. I aim for quiet, both within a hotel and coming from outside. While the hotel itself is fairly quiet, being in a medical district means frequent ambulance sirens. It wasn't too bad, but one should beware if the activity might be busier.My room was adequate, with plenty of room for my belongings. TV, WiFi, and climate control worked well. In the bathroom, plenty of counter space, and no hot water issues.Front desk staff was friendly, and after check-out they held my luggage for me while I went for lunch.All in all, this place has convenience going for it especially if you're coming by train. It was a comfortable place to stay, yet off the beaten track. You might consider noise cancelling headphones to drown siren noise.
