Just an average hotel

This hotel is very outdated, with unmaintained lifts and a curtain in the shower. Everyone we used the lifts it made a different sound and had sudden stops - the certificate inside it showed it should have been service checked last month. Breakfast was very average. Carpets were very dirty, making white socks brown after 10 minutes. On the other hand, staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable, so it was a good night sleep. TV was working well.

Very nice comfortable hotel about a mile from the entry to Epic Universe. I can't get a room in my hometown any less expensive than this place. What a deal. Nice eggs and sausage breakfast and Raisin Bran!!!

Great stay. Room was nice and well taken care of. Breakfast, though, has grown lackluster for the Hampton Hotels--the franchise needs to update, but everything is as it should be.

Great stay. The young man at the front desk was so friendly at check in. The hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast has plenty to chose from. Definitely would stay again next time we're in the Universal area.
