Location

This small hotel is located just a few steps from International Drive and a 5-minute walk to Pointe Orlando Entertainment Complex, by Universal Boulevard. Countless restaurants, bars, and shops are situated within 300 m of the hotel. Public transport is easily reached. In addition, Kissimmee is around 19 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 170 rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Alternatively, guests can try out snorkelling or, for a fee, jet skiing. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, bowling, callisthenics and aerobics. A wellness area with a spa is available at the hotel.

Meals

    The Best Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In!

    I do a lot of traveling and stay at a lot of hotels. This was by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in! Jonathan and his staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with and they were very accommodating! The woman at the front desk, Tyara, was very professional and always made my team and I very welcome when we walked in and out every day that we were there. The rooms were very clean as well as the hotel itself. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Orlando area!

    We’ve stayed for our vacations several times at this Hampton Inn on Universal Boulevard/Pointe Orlando ($5 parking fee per day). It’s easy to walk up onto International Drive for evenings out in the many bars and restaurants.We’ve always enjoyed our stays but think the hotel is looking a little tired now, but the rooms are comfortable and with the free breakfast it’s good value. Pool area is kept clean and it’s never busy.We did have to change our room as we had a flood in the bathroom and as the floor in the bathroom and just outside on the hardwood floor was soaked we moved rooms. Maintenance had to be called twice before we changed rooms.We’ve also stayed at a sister hotel on Palm Parkway, Lake Bunevista. This gets slightly better marks from us as there is no parking fee and is a good option for Disney. I would say it’s a newer hotel so does look more updated and fresh. Staff in both hotels are helpful and pleasant.Hampton Inn is a good medium priced hotel and we’d have no hesitation in recommending either of these properties but we do prefer the one on Palm Parkway.

    I stayed at the Hampton Inn Orlando because I was attending a conference at the convention center less than a mile away. The hotel rooms are below average in style and comfort. I stayed in room 502 and was disappointed. Tub needs deglazing and the bathroom floor is nasty, especially behind the toilet. The towels were old and thin. I wasn’t looking for upscale perfection but hoping for a clean, renovated and well kept room. This was the worst hotel room I ever stayed in and I have stayed at other Hampton inns in the past. I would not stay there again.

    We arrived here on Tuesday April 22nd. I spoke with Lidia at the front desk and she couldn't find our reservation. We'll, long story short, I made our reservation on the wrong date, it was the next night. She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She got us a room for the night and answered our questions about how we might go about a refund. We did this and she spoke with a manager and we were refunded for my mistake within a couple of days. I appreciate the service we were provided. Also, great location and easy access in and out. Very close to restaurants, outlets and theme parks. Rooms were clean and spacious.     Stayed here for 10 days over Easter. I was concerned after reading other reviews but we had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, towels were replenished daily . The pool area was clean and the poolside furniture was comfortable and sturdy. Maybe not quite enough sun beds or seating , but I think we were there at a busier than usual time. At the beginning of our stay we had the pool to ourselves.Breakfast was included, it was pretty much the same every day, but it was served from 6am so if you needed an early start it was useful and it filled you up. Didn’t like the fact that the plates were paper and cutlery was plastic, but it served a purpose. I liked the fact the water and coffee/tea was available through the day.I did think it was expensive for what it was but the location was handy, 10 min to universal, with pointe Orlando/icon park/ restaurants/supermarket on your doorstep.
