    My husband and I came here for a stay cation and it was lovely! The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.     The hotel ruined our vacation with their overbooked rooms

    Location is not near Winter Park Avenue where shopping centers and restaurants you have to drive. They ruined our vocation by making us stay in King bed instead of Queen bed that we reserved. We took a screenshot when we made a reservation online showed them our reservation is for queen bed but the front desk said we are overbooked for an event sorry have to put you in king bed. We called the Hilton customer service and they said will contact the manager to correct this mistake and have to give us queen bed. But the front desk lady said there’s no manager so we will just give you half of your points back that used to book the room since overbooked can’t give us a queen bed. We had to stay in king bed which made my friend uncomfortable and the hotel did NOT give us the half points back to my account. We called multiple times and each time managers just said the same thing we will do it right now and return the points.     Hotel was very nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I did not rate a 5 was the significant amount of traffic and traffic noise. The hotel is on an extremely busy intersection. If you can, request a room facing parking lot and not the roadside.     Didn’t get what I was promised.

    I booked a room for today at the Winter Park location. I have a wedding to attend at 3:30 and was promised an early check in. I’m sitting in the lobby and they can’t make one room available. I guess I’m putting my make-upI’m at the front desk. I’ve called corporate and tried to speak to a manager to no avail. Everybody just repeats the policy that they can’t promise early check in.     Room was so noisy we asked to be moved. Make sure you ask for the "quiet" side of hotel being that they are right off busy highway. Heads up, they also charge $20 each for a breakfast that was free at the Hampton Inn and added additional $12 each night to park your car at hotel. Everyone was friendly but we felt we were being over charged. Never stay there again.
