Located across from over 150 one-of-a-kind restaurants, boutiques and the best of entertainment at the new Disney Springs™, this lake-front hotel provides a contemporary oasis in a location second to none. At this official Walt Disney World hotel, get to all four Disney theme parks with ease via continuous complimentary shuttle, which also runs to Disney Springs™ in the evenings.

Facility

The resort welcomes guests in a 27-storey building with a lift and 1014 non-smoking rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, golf and horse riding. Water sports offered include jet skiing, and water skiing is available for a fee. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, bowling, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and hydrotherapy treatments. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Warm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere await guests in 5 non-smoking restaurants. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner are available. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We have made it a tradition to come to Orlando just for this hotel. The amenities and location are perfect for our large group of family and friends. We love lounging by the lazy river all day. While the kids go around and around the adults can get drinks from the poolside bar! It's a great time! Then at night we all walk over to Disney Springs for dinner and shopping.The hotel staff could not be more accommodating. We had a group of about 10 families staying the night and the front desk people worked with me to make sure we were all on the same floor and close to each other. Just call ahead of time and ask. They make it so easy! I would HIGHLY recommend this place! We will be back in 2027!

    Great staff but overpriced for what you get

    The hotel is ok. The breakfast & breakfast staff were really good with a super buffet. The reception staff were ok. The snack bar Citrus was very overpriced. The pool area is good but no life guards & frequently had dog mess on the paths. We took the shuttle bus (included in the daily charge) to the Disney venues which was hit & miss, they didn’t always stick to their own timings & we had to get Ubers. They make a big deal about the free sun product but you have to ask for it, really, they should leave it in your room as part of housekeeping. The housekeeping staff & room service staff were great. The room we had was out dated & needed a revamp. The balcony scared the life out of me as it didn’t feel safe. There were problems with overcharging after we checked out which are resolved now but could have been avoided & made me feel I wouldn’t stay there or any other Hilton hotel again.     Hilton Buena Vista Palace-Great Location and Great People

    Just completed a lovely stay at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace. Some highlights of the stay were: The warm and friendly customer service. Two standouts were Karem at Letterpress who provided attentive service every morning to us at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, we took advantage of it every morning. Second was the Hilton customer service rep Bailey. She had a nice conversation with us ensuring our stay was pleasant and advising us on Advantageous Hilton opportunities (ie… Hilton grand vacation club). The pools at the hotel were good from the jacuzzi, to the lazy river, and the other pools. The location of the hotel was perfect as we walked to Disney Springs every evening. So all in all another great Hilton vacation.
