  Too small, outdated and and a little dirty

  I wouldn't recommend this resort. I have stayed at many other resorts that are far better. This one was old, not clean and too small. No pantry for your groceries and lacked basic items for the bathrooms like a small hand soap and lotion. No view of anything. TV was horrible, lacked a normal guide to know what channels you're watching.   Breezes Davenport Holiday Inn Vacation Club Resort/ Orange Lake Holiday Inn Club Resort

  Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with dishwasher, washer/dryer. & recycling. Staff extremely friendly.... activities director (Maritza?) was super friendly and helpful. She gave us film reviews to make theater selections. Easy check in & out. Great hot tub! Had not been told that many of advertised amenities only available AFTER a sales presentation (4 hours!) at another facility 10-20 minutes away. Orlando traffic brutal.   Presidential Suite…more like dump!

  This place is not a resort. It is a Motel on steroids. There is so much noise from traffic on the strip, and the pictures do not match up to what you see. The balcony looked over someone’s backyard trailer park. The ceiling was all cracked in the shower, plus mold and soap scum in the shower curtain. We left after one night. This place is a dump. Save your money and go somewhere else!   How I Spent My Easter/Spring Break Vacation in 2026

  I would describe the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orlando Breeze Resort as a peaceful retreat just seven miles west of Disney, near the intersection of US 192 and US 27. It’s close to the excitement, yet pleasantly removed from the madding crowd. The staff is friendly, the main pool is kept comfortably warm, and the recreation center offers a variety of games along with a small theater for children.If you thrive on crowds and constant activity, this may not be your ideal spot. But if your hectic schedule has you craving some genuine peace and quiet, this resort is absolutely worth a try.   I will NEVER stay here again. The only other time I stayed here (my very first time) I reserved the One Bedroom Villa AND LOVED IT!!! So this time (my second time) I reserved the EXACT SAME ROOM. I spoke to Sasha on the phone at 9:08 am PST on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 and mentioned to her how much I loved the property, and she said "would you like the exact same room if it’s available?" and I said "Yes, I am sentimental that way.)What an effing joke!!! When I arrived at the property, they said they upgraded me. IT WAS THE WORST ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED IN...WORSE THAN ANY MOTEL 6 ON THE PLANET.It was a really bad room, dirty, and rusty, and so many things needed to be fixed. I took a ton of pictures to share on Trip Advisor. It was a SEVERE DOWNGRADE AT BEST!!! I am sorely disappointed and will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. In fact, I will do all I can on the internet to convince people to avoid this place at all cost.This room was SOOOOOO HORRIBLE it literally ruined the entire trip! I looks like it hasn't been upgraded since it was built. A full kitchen AND NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL!!! Really? Additionally, the stove top was the old coil burners that were so messed up they leaned one direction or the other, so when I tried to cook eggs, they all slid "downhill" to the lowest part of the pan. The A/C and heating sucked! No matter what I tried, the "Master Bedroom" would not warm up.I hope you look at MY pictures to see what I am talking about.I had more luxury in a hostel or a tent in the middle of skid row in LA.Think of the worst room you have ever had in your lifetime, and this one is likely to be worse.Light bulbs burned out, shampoo, conditioner, etc. not refilled after last visitor. I think this is the room that management tells the maintenance staff "go get a light bulb" or "go get a shower drain" or "go get a stovetop" from THIS ROOM. I called it the "spart parts room" during my entire stay.Even the fan blades on the ceiling fan were saggy! Aren't they supposed to be straight???This is an actual review by a professional adult with a college degree and a respectful job as Controller and CFO.
