After nearly 24 hours of travelling we were so pleased with this hotel. The room was as you would expect, clean & modern and the staff were all amazing & so friendly. Great breakfast that would please most people. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.It was so easy to access on & off the I4 as well which was a bonus to us!Thank You Holiday Inn Suites Davenport Florida

My Room was clean but neighborhood was shady and most other rooms were smelly. Heard questionable activities in my hallway at 2:30 in the morning, most likely escort Sevices from next door

Roaches, Escorts, drunk parties oh my!

We are currently staying here now. Checked in last night and immediately had to change rooms because the man next door was screaming in his room on the phone trying to book escorts for An*al S-e-x and my Daughter could hear everything. Was moved to another room.Roaches are all in the room. The shower head is broken.The hotel is just plain dirty. Currently there are a bunch of drunk loud people in the lobby (watched them carry in booze) having a pot luck at almost midnight. We were moved to the first floor and have to be up at 5am for my Daughter's soccer tournament: I called the front desk to handle the noise situation and they have not. We cannot sleep. I'm considering just sleeping in the car tonight with her but the area is very low class and not safe. We travel 2-4 times a month for soccer and this is the worst IHG property that we have ever stayed at. I cannot encourage you enough to pick another hotel. And I'm IHG Platinum and always stay at Holiday inns!Checked out and front desk totally unconcerned about the roaches. I killed 4 and more were on the ceilings that I couldn’t reach.

Great Stay for Wedding.

The room was large with a nice size suit case bench. Separate closet. I was concerned after seeing some of the reviews after we blocked several rooms for myself and out of town guests for a wedding. I was very happy with the room, bed and bathroom. Had plenty of hot water. All the wedding guests were satisfied as well. Made all our wedding celebrations that much more enjoyable. I would definitely stay again.
