  Stay away from this hotel. It is nothing close to the photos online. Security deposit is higher than advertised. It is in a sketchy location, doors don’t even lock. Washer and dryer facilities are just moldy and dusty dryers in a hallway. As well I left within 5 minutes of check in due to my safety and was guaranteed a refund from the front desk agent but that was also a lie.. book a hotel elsewhere and stay far away from this place.

  Wretched accommodations in an unsafe environment. Terrible room odors masked by horrid chemical spray. Filthy bathroom, just nasty. Lights didn't work. Dead lizard on carpet by the door. Several of the advertised accommodations weren't there, hair dryer, iron, alarm clock etc. The place is infested with drug addicts. People doing various kinds of dope in the open. Screaming, hostility, aggressive behaviors openly displayed. Man in room above mine was trying to batter the room door to get in after someone tossing him out. Homeless people milling around and loitering. Window blinds broken so little privacy. Bathroom floor sticky and dirty. I wouldn't stay there for free. Be good to yourself, go somewhere else.

  I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel to anyone unless they need a place to stay that they can pay weekly. There is no front desk staff after 5pm. So if checking in after that time you have to use a kiosk around the corner from front Lobby. I was not aware of this when checking in at 1:00am after my flight was cancelled. I kept calling the number listed and the young lady wasn’t very helpful with explaining to me how to check in. I had called inquiring about the closed sign and lights out and she did not instruct me of the process. Instead she said she had to call me back because she was checking in another guest. After 4 calls and my Uber driver leaving me and my 6 yr old daughter next door at another closed hotel that she explained Inhad to walk around the building to check in at kiosk. Once I got in the room it an oder that my 6 yr old pointed out and was disgusted with. The telphone in room didn’t have buttons and didn’t work. All the lights didn’t work. The pictures are very deceiving. The photos on the website are of the one room they upgraded. This is nothing but an extended stay hotel. They cabinets were warped at the bottom. Faucets were old and worn. I tried to email with my concerns and the website doesn’t even work.

  It's simply the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life, cockroaches walking around the room, horrible wifi that doesn't work, if you want comfort, stay away from this mess, it's terrible, I'm traumatized by the lack of hygiene, do you want to stress? It's the perfect place, since even my sink had broken pipes and water was leaking across the room, I'm horrified

  Booked 2 nights - only stayed the one - room smelt when we opened door - the carpet from the door to the first bed was saturated - think the A/C unit had been leaking for some time contributing to smell. After a nightmare day and it being late decided to stay the night. Came back after getting some food and found the whole landing and lifts smelling badly of smoke ( I don’t mean the legal kind) Checked out the next morning and reported to reception - they said they would refund the 2nd night but charge me for a late check out.
